Billing & Cancellation Policy

Plans

Witch offers a free plan and paid monthly plans. Plan entitlements (number of sites, check intervals, history retention, members) follow the plan page at signup.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only billing metadata (customer and subscription identifiers, plan state); payment instrument data is held by Stripe.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; monitoring continues until then, then your workspace reverts to the free plan's limits.

Downgrades and refunds

Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact (pending — see Company Information) and we will review the charge.

Plan changes by us

If we change plan entitlements materially, existing subscribers keep the entitlements of their plan until the next renewal unless stated otherwise.
